Hot Dog Cheese Roll

Here are the recipe of the HotDog Cheese Roll.

Ingredients
HotDog
White Bread
Kraft Single cheese
Egg

1. Fried, or bake the hot dog till it cooked. You may slightly cut the hotdog in lines on the surface so the cheese will be easily absorb and stick to the hotdog when the time it fried.
2. Cut away the bread skin.
3. Use rolling pin or a spoon to press the white bread till the bread become flat and firm.
4. Place a slice of cheese on the pressed bread and follow by a cooked hot dog.
5. Roll the bread and use toothpick to stable the bread to prevent unroll when it fried.
6. Beat eggs. Dip the bread roll with some egg fluid.
7. Heat up a pan. When the pan is hot enough, turn to light fire and pour some cooking oil.
8. Fried till the surface of the bread roll become golden yellow.
9. Remove the toothpick and served.

Tips
-Do not put too much of cooking oil when you fried the bread roll cos bread do absorb alot of oil.
-You may use butter to replace the cooking oil.



Sometimes cooking can chase away the worriness and it works on me. I choose to cook everyday just to release stress. Yesterday I just learned to cook fish curry, it's another dish that I wish to learn quite some time ago. And it done on last night. So it could be another day for me to cook fish curry... Recently busy on doing research on baking cakes... Anyone here know where can I find baking course? I wish to participate some part time baking class. =)
