Passionate / Lemon Butter Cake
Although other fans are still around, but I still doesn't feel proud on my baking outcome. Indeed, there's always someone critic my baking outcome is not up to standard... Critics do spoil my mood and pouring cold water to my burning passion. Who do not feel the same way like what I feel?
Confidence is a good thing, but over confidence will stop you improving. That's why I always remind myself to not over confidence on anything I had. Somehow I still manage to keep baking although critics remain. I tried my very best to try out various recipes, just to keep someone smile on my hard works, I meant not on praising, but at least acceptable or no comment. But still, no matter how much I tried, critics still remain unchanged. You don't get me wrong, the critics wasn't from my FG. Indeed FG always giving me honest comments where things turn out real good, he will never stop himself to praise me ~ =)

It seems too thick !!! As I know, it should be some lemon glaze on top of the cake, but I skipped that.

This recipe is just nice to me, it's soft ~ and 'juicy'??? The surface is crunchy than what I expected. The flavor is very full, I didn't use any essence or flavoring fragrance. The natural ingredients always comes out better than chemical goods.
But mom still not satisfy, cos she request a banana cake, but I turned it to lemon cake... blek =D
P/S: Butter cake is my first fish-made cake in my lifetime !!! I'm glad that I still manage to bake it yet no failed. *touch wood* *touch wood* *touch wood* =p

- butterhead
- bacon
- hard boiled egg
- apple
- mayo - 3 tbsp
- tomato sauce - 1 tbsp
- chili sauce - 1 tbsp
- pepper - a lil bit
- salt - a lil bit
- honey - a lil bit to control sweetness, optional
Chilled the butterhead and hard boiled egg in the fridge.
Bacon, fried till crispy.
Apple, cut in cube and mix with some lemon juice. Soak it in water if you dun have lemon juice.
Stir well the dressing.
Mixed all the ingredients with the dressing n served.

I am so wanna shopping, but the problems is I don't have anyone here want to shop with me, everyone is busy for assignments, working, busy for exam revision. Arghh.... I am so bored here...

Guess What ? I just got myself a reason to shop, I think I need to buy some recipes books, I need something new to inspire me to bake something~ Hehehehe...
Blueberry Cheese Tart !!!!
During my birthday, I had baked this cheese tart just for fun and to fill up my times since I had applied leave on that day. What else can I do at home other than baking or cooking?
Blueberry Cheese Tart always be my recommendation to my friends who wanted to try baking. It's not difficult at all to bake this lil tart, just abit step-ie cos you need to seperate the process into 2 days time or even more if you don't wanna bake everything in one shot. I've tried before to bake this tart in one day, you really need time !!!! Indeed, the recipe is just as easy as you fried the

Blueberry Cheese Tart

Ingredients
- Pre-baked Tart Crust
- Cream Cheese 250gm
- Butter 20gm
- Icing Sugar 60gm
- Egg 1nos
- Lemon Juice 1/2 tablespoon
* Mix all the ingredients except Tart Crust until it becomes a smooth batter, and that is your cream cheese filings.

Pre-baked Tart Crust
I baked this the night before I make the fillings for this tart. You can bake as much as you want, and the fillings is up to you... Egg tart, fruits tart, bacon and egg tart, chocolate tart, cheese tart, strawberry tart, whatever you want. It is more convenient if you bake this tart crust in advance, saving your time and also reduce your tireness.
Tart Crust
- Flour 250gm
- Butter 65gm
- Margerine 65gm
- Egg 1/2 nos of Gred 'A' Egg
- Icing Sugar 65gm
* Mix all the ingredients together.
* Wrap the dough with plastic wrap, refrigerate for half an hour until ready use.
* Roll out enough of dough in to baking mould.
* Press and shape it with the baking mould.
* Bake it with 190'C or till its cooked.

1. Place some blueberry jam on the tart crust.

2. Add in some cream cheese fillings.

3. Apply a lil drop of blueberry jam on the top.

4. Use a toothpick to decorate as your desire.

5. I usually make it as a star. Just use your toothpick to place centre of the blueberry jam, then swipe outwards.
6. Bake it with 190'C for 10 minutes or till it cooked.

7. Remove the tar from oven and let it sit for cooling, refrigerate your tart for 30-60 minutes before serve.
Ok, Start makan.
I baked the cheese tart at night, but in the daytime, FG brought me out to makan only. Then I bought doughnuts for the kids and for myself.
DOUGHNUTS !!!! I wish to fry doughnuts... Yala, doughnuts is not bake by oven, indeed you need to fry the dough in a high temperature of hot oil in a wok !!!!!!!! If you don't believe, go q-up at Big Apple or J.Co to have a look ~
Ok lar, I got to make up myself first, going out to get some recipe collections at book store... shopping shopping shopping shopping.....
Happy Weekend everybody ~

65'C Golden Sponge Cake, recipe by HSLing =)
Ingredients

We have eggs, granulated sugar, superfine flour, butter, fresh milk, cream of tartar.
The outcome

The outlook was perfect, in my cooking record, I never bake cake that such

The texture was abit disappointed. Know why? When I cut the cake into half, I noticed a layer which at the bottom of cake was sticky and harder than the upper ones. This is my fault that I am simply stir the mixture cos I was in a rush to prepare for the tea time of the day. The egg whites and the flour mixture was not stir well... Arghhh, this is gonna be a lesson... But overall, the cake was nice and tender if we cut away the bottom part...

I think kids will definitely like this, cos it taste milky and soft. The layer still there ~~~~~
Hereby present you the 65'C Golden Sponge Cake, recipe by HSLing.

Cooking Day again ~
Saturday always a cooking day. The twins brother came just now, so no matter how I don't wish to cook, still I have to help out abit to take care about their lunch. Those kids were not taken proper breakfast, so I've decided to cook Carbonara with mushroom in macaroni. Hmm, till I've decided the menu of the day, I realized that I've been more than half year never cook macaroni.
It was a tiring day, fetch mom to morning market to buy stuff for tomorrow family gathering's steamboat, then back home prepare those ingredients and cut them into proper size, then bring mom and the twins brother to Tesco for some grocery, then back home and cook. Arghhh, see, can imagine how tiring I am...
So, back to today's menu...
Carbonara in Macaroni with Taiwan Sausage and baby tomato.
