65'C Golden Sponge Cake, recipe by HSLing =)

Last Saturday, after my spe-geh-tee session, i've baked a cake. Recipe was copied from internet, HSLing, she is one of my favourite food blogger, her collections are great, everyone of her recipe is just suit to taste. This recipe was copied centuries ago, till last Saturday, I've decided try to bake this according to her recipe...

Ingredients

We have eggs, granulated sugar, superfine flour, butter, fresh milk, cream of tartar.

The outcome

The outlook was perfect, in my cooking record, I never bake cake that such fragile soft. The texture was so so so unpredictable... When I'm trying to remove the cake from the baking mould, I usually use one hand to hold the cake, and the other hand is to pull away the baking paper, but this one, you have to use your both hand and carry it, not HOLD, like your hand is the tray then only you able to act soft and slow to pull away the baking paper...~ OK, explain so much, the conclusion is the cake is soft and I'm rude n.n ..

The texture was abit disappointed. Know why? When I cut the cake into half, I noticed a layer which at the bottom of cake was sticky and harder than the upper ones. This is my fault that I am simply stir the mixture cos I was in a rush to prepare for the tea time of the day. The egg whites and the flour mixture was not stir well... Arghhh, this is gonna be a lesson... But overall, the cake was nice and tender if we cut away the bottom part...

I think kids will definitely like this, cos it taste milky and soft. The layer still there ~~~~~
Hereby present you the 65'C Golden Sponge Cake, recipe by HSLing.
