Cotton Cheesecake

Hmm, I think my friends know that I lovebaking very much, I even feel to resign my current job and stay at home just bake. I was thinking to attend baking classes, but sadly that baking classes that I found always held on the weekday and morning time. If I want to participate, I wonder how many days of leave I need to apply... So, I learn everything from mom, recipe book, and online recipe, read those cooking forum, so I'm able to get some tips for the recipe.

Hehe, so times to show off about my "masak-masak" result..... =D
